On your barks, get set… GO

The Muddy Dog Dash is back for 2024!

Join us on Sunday 17th March, 11am to 1:30pm at Upton Country Park, Poole Road, Upton, BH17 7BJ. Choose between the 2.5km and 5km muddy obstacle course, take part on your own or with your family and friends, with or without a dog*.

Spectators are more than welcome and can enjoy our pawsome event village while they wait for their muddy friends to return! Whatever your ability it will be a fantastically muddy experience. There will be various fun obstacles including ramps, tyre runs and wiggle poles to run, walk, jog or skip through.

What will I get?

The first 100 humans to sign up will receive a FREE Muddy Dog Dash t-shirt. All dogs will receive a bandana and after they have completed the course, your furry friend will be awarded a pawsome rosette, a certificate, as well as a doggy bag full of goodies to take home.

We encourage sponsorship of £50 per dog. This could provide a session with a nurse and a therapy dog reducing anxiety, helping patients facing a terminal illness.
