Candles in the community
Come together for an evening of light, love, and remembranceAt the heart of each event is a beautiful display of lights. For a donation, you can dedicate a candle in memory of a loved one by writing a personal message, which will be placed within the display.
As the candles shine, enjoy live performances from local choirs and bands including Lewis-Manning Rising Voices Choir, with light refreshments available.
Pre-ordered candles can be collected at your chosen event, with additional candles available on the night.
If you can’t attend but would still like to make a dedication, simply pre-order your candle and email fundraisingteam@lewis-manning.org.uk – we’ll place it for you.

Care South are a not-for-profit charity and leading provider of residential, dementia, nursing, assisted living and care at home across the south of England.
Environmental statement: All candles will be placed safely (not directly in the water), as to not effect plants and wildlife in the area. All candles/lanterns (which are imitation flames) will be collected at the end of the evening by our dedicated team of staff and volunteers to ensure there is no litter. The Candles will also be reused for subsequent years.
Filming and photography will be taking place during the evening. If you would not like to be featured please speak to a member of staff.
