Gift Aid Your Donation

With just 21% funding from public funds, Lewis-Manning Hospice Care relies on the generosity of the community in order to keep our services running. We are very grateful for all donations.

Gift Aid can apply to one-off donations, regular donations, or to any donations made in the last four years and donation of goods to our charity shops. If you do not pay tax, you should not use Gift Aid.

Are you a UK Tax Payer?

If so, you can use Gift Aid to make your donations go further. Simply complete this form and for every pound you donate to us, we can claim Gift Aid tax relief of 25p from HMRC.

To qualify for Gift Aid, you must pay an amount of UK Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax at least equal to the tax that the charity reclaims on your donations in the appropriate tax year.

If you pay tax at the higher rate, you can claim further tax relief via your Self-Assessment tax return.
