The Role
We have a role for a motivated and experienced driver & house clearance operative to join the team. If you have experience of driving, retail and/or house clearance operations and would like to work for Lewis-Manning Hospice Care charity, this role could be for you.
The Driver/Warehouse Operative will support the activities of the retail operations through house collections/clearances and deliveries from locations within Dorset and the Purbecks and any other agreed geographical location.
You will be responsible for providing a professional and commercially focused approach to support sales for the retail chain whilst enhancing the Lewis-Manning Hospice Care brand externally.
The Person
The successful applicant will have experience of;
- Experience of working in a similar driving/warehouse role.
- Full clean driving licence
- Delivery/collection/house clearance experience
- Good organisational skills
- Understanding of safe working practices in a driving/warehouse environment
- Experience of working with the public.
- Good customer service skills.
