As part of our strategic plan to deliver even more local hospice care, where people really need it, closer to home we are looking for a Trustee with knowledge and experience of all faiths and none, people and wellbeing.
This important role will support the CEO, Board and the People Team in developing our People strategy for the organisation, ensuring that all people activities and interventions are linked to Lewis-Manning’s Values, charitable objectives, and enhance the culture of our organisation.
If you would bring senior-level professional faith experience including an understanding of developing an organisation with care at the heart of its values we would love to hear from you. A genuine interest in the running of our charity and a passion for the work of our hospice in the local community is essential. This Trustee position also sits on our People Committee to the Board.
Applicants do not need any prior experience of being a Trustee and please note the successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced level DBS check.
